I have also popped in a couple of cashmere crews from Uniqlo in charcoal and black......they are great basics and the foundation garment of many of my outfits! Outfit examples below. My tip with these is to size up......mine are both large. I have found they wash and wear well.

H&M sweater - low in sizes online but instore
New Look skirt - similar here
Boots - link to eBay search US sizes are plus 2 on UK - I'm a 6 so I bought an 8
Although this is very similar it does a slightly different 'job' in my wardrobe. I only have one coat that goes over this as the sleeves are very voluminous. Said coat hasn't come into play at the moment so I tend to wear this on milder days when a jacket is not required! I wear this one more with jeans as I love the shorter length - it sits just below the waist on my jeans......perfect! I actually picked this up in a preloved sale but H&M seem to do the same style every year.......there are plenty of colours to choose from here.

Here's another example of a repeat purchase......yep, it's a very hard to break habit! Same style purchased in two different colours. Both purchased from H&M a couple of years ago but again they have done similar this year. I guess it just proves for me that by sticking to neutral basics and simple styles these things will be in my wardrobe and get the wear year on year.
Adidas track bottoms (mine are a size 12 - I'm usually a 10 but wanted a slouchy fit)

This is my most recent knitwear purchase......I've already waxed lyrical about this. I've already worn it four times since I got it two weeks ago. It's a mock turtle neck which sits perfectly on high waisted jeans and looks lovely with a skirt too! See below. As my winter wardrobe does err on the dark side I went for black but they do it in other colours here. It's an acrylic blend with a small percentage of wool.....very cosy fabric, no itchiness about it at all. I went with a size small.
Last but not least - another jumper from & Other Stories. This is a couple of years old now but I love it. It's the only sweater I have that layers well over a dress.....though my favourite way of wearing it is with skinny jeans and hi tops or boots. It's just a cosy oversized style that they sadly no longer do but I've found similar here.

That's all from me on the knitwear front - I'll do an update once I start swapping and adding the winter weight knits to my wardrobe!
I'll be back at the weekend with another post on accessories now the hats, scarves and gloves are starting to make an appearance! I have a lovely new bag to share too!
See you next time, Michelle x
