I did a little Q&A session on Instagram Stories today and a couple of questions keep cropping up so I thought I would share the answers here too! First question was do I exercise/how doI keep slim? I exercise everyday. It's the first thing I do when I get up. I have a mini trampette and I basically run on the spot for about 30 minutes. I have some little mantras that I repeat whilst doing it.....my way of meditating! I do it everyday so that I don't lose the motivation which obviously works as I've been doing this for about 10 years now! This routine fits my lifestyle so well because I don't need any snazzy gym kit as I do it in the comfort of my own home. I've been asked how I keep me arms toned as well, 40 chair dips a day seem to keep the bingo wings at bay!
The other question was about beauty tips. I think the biggest tip I can impart is using a hot cloth to cleanse. I first take off my eye maker with remover and then use micellar water to remove as much of my make up as possible. then I use an oil cleanser (this Superfacialist one at the moment) and take it off with a flannel (not a muslin cloth) that has been run under the hot tap. I am a huge fan of Caroline Hirons and I found this technique in her cheat sheets here. She is my go-to when it comes to skincare and beauty. I never go to bed without taking my make up off and making sure my skin is hydrated with a serum and moisturiser. Hope you find these nuggets of information helpful!
