So on Saturday I picked up the khaki dress....on Monday I ordered the black (as well as this in size medium and these in a size 10 - influenced by Emma Hill!) I bought a size medium in both dresses as I found it quite tight across the chest......despite having no bosom to speak of!
Mt first thought was of how great the dress would look with an ankle boot.....

As well as perfect to team up with my current favourite footwear of choice....the block heel sandal.
The black dress I intend to wear with tights when it gets colder with a stripe turtle neck top underneath and these boots. I'm also eyeing up these boots to wear with a red coat over it.
I hope I've been able to demonstrate what a versatile little dress this is. Zara also do the dress in a dark red....though I can't find it online. I'm now scouring the high street for the same style in a patterned fabric instead of plain. I think this shorter drop waist style is taking over from the midi for me!
N.B I unpicked the pesky sleeve roll button-up tabs. They are utterly pointless! Proceed with caution if you try this as the material is very delicate and you don't want to put a hole in it.
I'll shall be back shortly.....it's time to talk coats. I've already acquired 3 new ones for A/W.

Love these dresses and those orange sneakers.
