what's in my bag!

A short and sweet Sunday night treat (admittedly I'm a tardy blogger these days!)! I haven't done one of these in a long while so I thought I'd share the contents of my favourite bag that is superb for holding all of my essentials. The Hermosa bucket bag is so lightweight......and it's a proper Mary Poppins bag! It's a right little Tardis!

Sienna Jones purse, gifted 15% off with code MFF15

I never go anywhere without my sunnies......or umbrella for that matter.......so typically British to be prepared for any weather! The lippy is my shade of the month as it's a lovely soft red......despite is being called Pret-A-Porter! It's my perfect colour for Spring. The purse was a Christmas gift from the brand and it's been a bit of a game-changer as I'm used to carrying a smaller purse, needless to say these days I'm a lot more organised. And the Soda Stream bottle is was of my #2018 goals.....drink more water. I love the sparkly variety and the handily sized bottles that come as part of a Fizzi package are brilliant for life on the go. Not to mention the sturdy bottle is better for the environment as it's reusable. Top tip - my Monday to Friday evening tipple is a sparkling water with a couple of drops of Angostura Bitters. Just gorgeous.....I could almost be sipping a cocktail!

What essentials do you tote around in your handbag? Any New Years Resolutions lurking in there? Please do share!

I'm not going to mention the weather......it's put the skids on any mores purchases at the mo! I have so many new spring buys that I can't wear...... I'm starting to despair.....anyone else feeling same?!

I'll be back again shortly - in the mean time I hope the snow disappears quickly wherever you are and normal spring-time service is resumed once we are feeling some better temps!

This is not a sponsored post, though many of the items have been gifted. All words and opinions are my own.

  1. Dying to wear something other than Jumpers and boots with various jeans/coated skinnies. I want bare ankles! I want to wear shoes! So over cold and wet weather - is this the longest winter ever? That Peacocks coat is sublime and I am deeply coveting a Hermosa bag (all black for me). Just about stopped myself from buying a faux fur coat I've been stalking a while, although if this horrible, cold weather keeps up I may just cave. It's coming, I tell you...

    1. I hear ya Marie.....in fact I was even silly enough to go out in a blazer and pumps with bare ankles yesterday. Big mistake.....I was freezing! I think there will be a few more wears out of the Peacocks coat yet so I'd go for the faux fur! The Hermosa bag is amazing.....super light and you can fit everything and the kitchen sink in it! xx
