The sandals are gorgeous but unless I was going somewhere they would be truly appreciated I am not sure I can justify! Something else that caught my eye was this festival style black tribal embroidered panel tassel hem bag, perfect for holding all your holiday essentials while you throw some shapes!
Lots of great little strappy tops to wear with the aforementioned shorts!
First up we have the white ethnic bead embellished front vest This is brilliant for just £9.99!
Next is the white hudson and rose neon embroidered cami
Some great peasant tops if you fancy something more covered up, these look brilliant with denim cut-off shorts too!
If a one-piece is more to your style then there are jumpsuits and playsuits galore!
Here we have the black tile print gathered waist bandeau jumpsuit These next 2 items are in the New Look Summer essentials promotion with 25% off so my finger is hovering over the checkout button for both!
Ending it all with a cute little white and neon coral low back embroidered swing dress! Currently with 25% off too!
There are many more gorgeous things in New Look for holidays but these are the items that really popped out at me in store.....and got me dreaming about an Ibiza-style weekend getaway! New Look are really having a moment for me, the silver sliders have been such a success and there are quite a few things I have featured here that I could end up snapping up for my holiday!
p.s apologies for the tiny New Look photo's!
Here's the usual round-up of the weeks outfits starting off with my H&M maxi which I wore when I went to meet the lovely Jane of My Midlife Fashion in Cheltenham on Saturday. We spent a gorgeous sunny afternoon sat outside a restaurant nattering over lunch and a bottle of prosecco! Me-time girly bliss at it's best!
H&M maxi dress (recent purchase, this is now reduced to £7.99)
Warehouse denim jacket (old)
H&M snakeskin pumps (last year)
Balenciaga bag (old)
When I got back that evening, me and the hubby hopped over to a neighbours for some supper!
Zara dress (this season)
Kurt Geiger Kad sandals (this season)
Then all pretty casual outfits for the rest of the week !
Topshop denim shirt (this season)
New Look boyfriend shorts (last year)
New Look sliders (this season)
Zara jacket (old)
Topshop t-shirt (this season)
Gap original fit jeans (last year)
Birkenstock Arizona's (this season via Amazon)
Primark kimono (this season)
River Island vest (old)
H&M boyfriend jeans (last year)
New Look sliders (this season)
Mulberry top (old, factory shop purchase)
Zara boyfriend jeans (last year)
Kurt Geiger Madison espadrilles (this season)
That's about all from me but on a final note.....I have accidentally had a bit of a face lift.....not of the surgical kind I hasten to add! I think it has gone pretty much unnoticed so far, but after fiddling with the blog the other day (with a glass of wine in one hand I might add)......I messed up and lost my original black & pink template! However I'm happy with the new unintentional make-over! I'm not very techie so in fear of messing things up any further I decided not to try and revert back so the new look is here to stay!
As always I love reading and responding to your comments.
Wishing you all a great end to the week!
Until next time!
Michelle xx
